All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received.
Orders may take longer to process during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen supplier delays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the supplier’s location and courier services. Estimated shipping times are:
New Zealand Orders: 7-15 business days
Australia Orders: 10-20 business days
International Orders: 15-30 business days
Note: These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, courier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
Most orders include tracking information. Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been shipped.

If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Paws and Whiskers is not responsible for replacing the item.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assist with a resolution.
6. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications as orders may already be in processing.
